My Experience

I bring over 20 years of experience working as an Executive Director in the NHS with extensive experience in board-level positions focused on driving transformational change across the country.  I established a consultancy business to specialise in coaching and leadership development.  I have a rich background in coaching, counselling, leadership development and mediation. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Strengthscope Master Practitioner and an Associate member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
